Our standard rental period is 3 or 8 days. This gives you time to receive your dress, wear it to your event, and return it stress-free. Need longer? Contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do I need to clean the dress before returning it? +
Nope — we’ve got that covered. All dresses are professionally cleaned after every hire, so you can simply enjoy your event and send it back.
When will my dress arrive? +
Your dress will arrive 1–2 days before your selected event date. We always aim to get it to you early so you can try it on and feel confident before your event.
How do I return my dress? +
Returning is easy. Use the prepaid return label included in your package and drop it off at your nearest post office or collection point.
