1. Placing an Order
- Select the product you wish to rent on our website.
- Choose your desired rental duration.
- Complete the order by entering your shipping details and payment information.
- A deposit amount will be charged at the time of order. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the product, provided it is not damaged or lost.
2. Receiving the Product
- Once your order is confirmed, we will process and ship the product to the shipping address you provided.
- Delivery and collection of the rental product will be handled by us, ensuring a smooth experience for you.
- Before shipping, all products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in good condition.
3. Returning the Product
- At the end of your rental period, we will arrange to collect the product from the same address where it was delivered.
- Please ensure the product is packed securely and ready for collection. Any delay in returning the product may result in additional fees (details below).
4. Deposit Refund and Condition Check
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection.
- If the product is returned undamaged and without any parts missing, the full deposit amount will be refunded to you.
- If the product is damaged or lost, we will retain a portion of the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs, based on the extent of the damage or the value of the lost item.
5. Late Returns
- If the product is returned after the rental period has ended, a late fee will be deducted from your deposit.
- The late fee will be calculated based on the additional duration the product was held beyond the rental period.
- If the return is excessively delayed, further action may be taken, and the deposit may be forfeited.

- Once you've found the perfect piece, simply click on the "Book Try-On Appointment" button to proceed.
2. Choose a Try-On date
- After selecting your item, you'll be asked to pick a date and time for your try-on appointment at our store
Please note: The item will be free at checkout for try-on purposes only. You are not required to make any payment for the item at this stage.
3. Enter your details at checkout
- Fill in your name, phone number or email address to confirm your booking. We will send you an appointment confirmation with all the details of your visit.
4. Receive appointment reminders
- To help you remember, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
5. Visit Us at the Store
- On the day of your appointment, simply come to our store at your selected time.
- Our staff will have the item ready for you to try on and assist you with anything you need.
Q&A:
1. What happens if I decide to rent in the store?
If you love the item and decide to rent it, you can complete your rental agreement in-store. If it's not quite right, you're under no obligation to rent, and you can simply leave without any cost.
2. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?
If you need to change your appointment or can't make it, don't worry! You can reschedule or cancel directly via our email. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll help you find a new time.

By hiring from K & S Attire, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing your booking.
Bookings
All bookings are to be made through our website and are secured once full payment has been received. Your selected dates reserve the garment exclusively for you during that period.
For bookings required within 48 hours, please contact us via Instagram prior to purchasing to ensure availability.
Hire Period
All hires are for your selected wear date and must be returned by Monday 5PM following your booking, unless otherwise arranged.
We do offer extensions where possible. These must be approved prior to your return date and may incur an additional late fee.
Delivery & Collection
We offer both pickup and Express Post delivery options:
- Pickup: Collection and return will take place at the agreed location and time.
- Delivery: Your order will be sent in advance of your hire date, along with a prepaid return satchel for easy return.
While we always aim to ensure timely delivery, K & S Attire is not responsible for postal delays, and no refunds will be issued due to late arrivals caused by the postal service.
Returns
All garments must be returned on time and in the condition they were received:
- Delivery orders: Must be posted back by Monday 12PM using the provided satchel
- Pickup orders: Must be returned to the drop-off location by Monday 12PM (or final day of rental period)
Late returns will result in additional charges, as they may impact subsequent bookings.
Garment Care
All items must be treated with care while in your possession.
- Do not wash, dry clean, or alter any garment
- Avoid contact with fake tan, perfumes, oils, and makeup where possible
All cleaning is handled by us. If a garment is returned with excessive staining, damage, or missing components, repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Sizing & Fit
All of our pieces are offered in one size only. We provide fit guidance wherever possible; however, we cannot guarantee that a garment will suit every individual.
No refunds will be issued due to sizing or fit.
Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to proceed with your booking, we may offer a store credit at our discretion, provided sufficient notice is given.
Loss or Damage
In the event a garment is lost, stolen, or returned in a condition beyond repair, the full replacement cost of the item will be charged.
Liability
K & S Attire accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while wearing our garments.
